m i t h n a d r a w i n g s ( 2 0 2 5 ) is part of a series of spatial drawing works I am creating for my practice-based phD project Spatial Drawing - Thinking with Materials through Movement, which explores an embodied approach to digital drawing. The project addresses the potential of XR as a design tool with a focus on drawing architectural materials in space. Drawing on the expressive qualities of materials with the body in space brings new perspectives into 3D modeling practice, exploring the concept of digital materiality in architectural design. In architecture, digital materiality is widely associated with the use of code and data for designing complex, geometric forms which can effectively be materialized through robotic fabrication.
